##Description
**Castello Chiola** is a four-star hotel located on Via Degli Aquino, in a hilly area in Loreto Aprutino, one of the most picturesque towns in the Abruzzo region, between Gran Sasso National Park and Pescara. Montesilvano, a famous seaside resort, is about 17.5 km away. Pescara Central Station is about 20 km away, while Abruzzo International Airport can be reached in about 40 minutes by car.

This castle is a medieval manor with over a thousand years of history that can be seen in its sumptuous interiors. Over the centuries, it has been the watchtower of the Longobards, the outpost of the Empire of Frederick II, home of D'Aquino, Gamba, Casamarte, D'Avalos and, from 1870 until today, of the Chiola family. The restoration of the entire building while preserving its original architecture has been supervised by the Intendenza delle Belle Arti and the European Community. The rooms, all with a unique style, are located on three floors.
