The hotel features a 6 x 12 metre swimming pool, 1.30 metres deep, which is a popular spot for exercise. Swim vigorously or let yourself drift almost weightlessly. The water is pleasantly warm at 29°C and is gently chlorinated.

To ensure you rest comfortably, our teak loungers are equipped with soft padded cushions and cosy wool blankets. You will feel your soul and body come to rest.

Finnish Sauna

The Finnish sauna is lined with spruce wood and heated by a sauna stove with stones. This classic form of Finnish sauna has a long tradition in Northern Europe and helps to strengthen the immune system. The room temperature is 90-95°C. Depending on the time of day, you are invigorated with stimulating infusions or relaxed with harmonising aromas.

Vital Sauna

A pleasant room temperature of 60°C – especially suitable for those who sauna infrequently. The changing light colour therapy soothes the senses and positively affects well-being.

Tepidarium

With a room temperature of 40°C, it is particularly suitable for beginners to sauna. The heat is evenly distributed through the walls. Here, the body & couple treatment Mare Balticum also takes place.

Infrared Sauna

Experience in the new infrared cabin, with a room temperature between 45-50°C, the capabilities of special infrared rays. They improve circulation, stimulate metabolism, detoxify, and relax muscles. Enjoy with your loved ones in a room made of FSC certified Canadian cedar wood the three different infrared radiations: far, medium, and near.

Salt Steam Bath

45°C room temperature and very high humidity – manually added Holsteiner brine with essential scents has a liberating and calming effect on the respiratory system.

Outdoor Area

After the sauna, it is important to cool down your body slowly and supply it with fresh oxygen. In the outdoor area and wellness garden, you can breathe deeply and inhale the fresh Baltic Sea air.

Kneipp

Cool your body gradually with a refreshing jet of water after the sauna, from your feet to your head. Feel under the cold water showers how the fine and strong drops activate your organism.

Foot Baths

Relax afterwards with a warm foot bath, which helps to stabilise your circulation and keep it at the right temperature for the next sauna session.

Kneipp Pool
